The Canadian Pacific Blair Manor Pullman Car No. 2553 was available only in 1957. There are left and right side people silhouette inserts on the interior of the windows. It came with Type VIII die-cast four-wheel passenger trucks equipped with magnetic couplers.
This flat channeled aluminum pullman car has SILVER painted vestibule ends. The CHESTNUT stripes have GOLD lettering. This car was not available in the Canadian Pacific Set issued in 1957 and was only offered for separate sale, although dealers would usually substitute these cars in the set at the customers request. The pullman cars are the rarest of the Canadian Pacific cars. There are no variations.
This car was designed to work on the larger radius of O Gauge track only. |
