Charles - South Carolina, USA - Program Manager and Official Evaluator

Charles Wilber is the owner and founder of Tandem Associates LLC, which has had an online presence for collectors and operators of electric toy trains since 1996. Since retiring from the Los Angeles City Fire Department in 2000, he has become a qualified professional graphic designer and illustrator and has worked full time to enhance Tandem Associates’ presence on the Internet in addition to designing web sites for other businesses and individuals.

Charles lives in South Carolina where he devotes what spare time he has to Model Railroading.

Tarla Godfrey has been involved in many aspects of the publishing industry, including newspapers, magazines, newsletters and web publishing. She has been a staff writer, and photographer for three different newspapers, and an associate editor, and graphics assistant for a national magazine.

Throughout her career she has built and maintained numerous web sites. She is a graduate of Winthrop College with a degree in English. Says Tarla, "As a frequent user of the net, I recognize functionality and navigation from a frequent user’s standpoint, and I know good design and construction when I see it."

In her spare time she is an avid reader, and whatever additional free time she has is spent making quilts.
