As a winner of this award program, it is required that you display the award graphic. A link back to Tandem Associates is required to enable others the opportunity to apply for this award. The winners name and link will be posted on my winners page only after verification that the award has been received and displayed on the winners site.

In the event that your site is successful and receives the Green Light Award, you agree to allow me to use your written description supplied in the application, on my winners page. I reserve the right to edit the site description, when the descriptions given are lengthy.

As a winner of the Green Light Award, you agree not to alter or change the award graphic in any way shape or form.

We are proud of our family-friendly status. Therefore, it is important that the Green Light Award winners also maintain this status.

Tandem Associates will not accept any responsibility for web sites that have changed or altered its content after the evaluation and subsequent receipt of the Green Light Award. Any award winner found to have altered their site after receipt of an award and is deemed unfit will be removed from the winners list. They will also receive an email requesting that the Green Light Award be removed from their site.

If I find a site that is in violation of these terms of use, the offending site will have 7 days to remove the award graphic from their site from time of notification.
