On January 1st of 2006 we changed the Green Light Award so that it offers four levels of achievement. The winners of our award in 2005 that are listed on this page won our single tiered award, a facsimile of which is shown to the right.

The Ol’ Hook & Eye
The Kishacoquillas Valley Railroad was a charming backwoods railroad that ran in the heart of Pennsylvania. The KV was known as "the short line with a long name," and it’s no wonder that local residents cooked up their own nicknames - the "Lofty Vanderbilt," the "Hair Line" or the "Ol’ Hook & Eye" - reflecting its character and country mystique.

Waldovia State Railways
A model railway that resists being modelled on any fixed period or location.

Robert’s Lionel Trains Layout
