The Western and Atlantic No. 1866 was the baggage car that was included with the General O27 Sets beginning in 1959 and would continue to be produced until 1962.

Created on a simulated wood sided baggage car, the body is painted YELLOW, and the roof is painted BROWN along with the heat-stamped lettering. The eagle and shield is a decal. This car is not illuminated through an opaque window shell and has arch-bar trucks with solid non-operating couplers with no self-centering at each end. There are no variations.
