The Lionel Minneapolis & St. Louis FA No. 213 was available in 1964 and would have a body that was pained RED with a WHITE stripe. It was equipped with two traction tires on the power truck and a light in the powered unit, but did not have a horn. A two position directional unit whose control lever was adjustable from the top of the body controled the direction of this diesel. A single vertical worm drive Type IIIB motor powers two axles. The lettering was heat-stamped on these units and the sheet metal chassis has solid non-operating couplers. There are no variations.
