The Lionel Billboard Set No. 310 from when it was first released 1950 until 1968, was issued with ten folded card stock billboards and five frames to hold them. The billboards would change each year and they are a testament to the advertising of the period. Until 1956 these billboards have the word "STANDARD" printed on them, after this date this imprint is not shown. Over 50 different billboards were made for this set.

The DARK GREEN frames would work with the No. 410 billboard blinker.
