The Log Car No. 6111 was available from 1955 until 1957, and was created on a stamped steel chassis. Came with three to five logs that are easily interchangeable with the No. 6121. Early cars would have bar-end trucks with magnetic or tabbed couplers, while later editions have early AAR trucks equipped with disc couplers.

There are seven variations to this car that have to do with these trucks and the color of the car. The only rare variation (G) has AAR trucks and was painted DARK RED.
