Lumber Car No. 6264 A Variation Lumber Car No. 6264 B Variation

Lionel Trains Lumber Car No. 6264The Lumber Car No. 6264 was not boxed because it came with the No. 264 Operating Forklift accessory. Issued between 1957 and 1960, the A Variation was only available in the 1957, and came with Type 7 bar-end trucks and tabbed couplers. This variation has the number to the right of the "LIONEL" printed on the side. The B Variation has the number to the left, and came with AAR trucks with disc couplers that was available from 1958 until 1960. This car is very difficult to find in its own box.
