The Lionel Quad Hopper CarsThe Lehigh Valley Quad Hopper Car No. 6436-1 was issued uncataloged in 1955 and 1956, and was painted BLACK and numbered "64361" and "NEW 3-55" on the sides. There are no roof hatch covers on this car, but it did have one brake wheel, and bar-end trucks with magnetic couplers that sometimes had tabs.

There are two variations:

Variation A: Without center brace or holes for this brace on the sides. This variation is somewhat difficult to find.
Variation B: With holes for center brace. The brace is sometimes missing from this variation.
