All kits, accessories, and plasticville paper items are guaranteed to be as stated in the description unless they are marked "As Is." In addition, as noted in the "Plasticville Grading" page, we grade according to the standards used by the PCA.

However, if you are dissatisfied with anything, and return your purchase within 7 days; we will reimburse your money as noted in the "Returns & Refunds" section below.

If an item has not been described accurately and you are dissatisfied with its condition, we will refund ALL OF YOUR MONEY!

If you order the wrong item or have changed your mind about it, and return the item within 7 days; we will provide you with a "STORE CREDIT" equal to your payment less the shipping cost and less 20% for restocking.

Note that any item being sent back for any reason must be returned in the same condition as originally shipped.
