Lionel Trains Minuteman Box Car No. 3666The Minuteman Cannon Car No. 3666 was issued uncataloged exclusively in 1964 as part of Sears set No. 9820. Lionel modified the cannon from the No. 6651 to fit in this box car. The cannon came with four 1-3/4" wooden projectiles and the roof sections would open and fire one of these with the use of a 6019 or UCS uncoupling track section. Note the difference in size of these projectiles. Why Lionel was not consistent in using the same projectles as the No. 6651 is unknown.

This car used an unpainted WHITE No. 3619 body mold that would have a hole on one side above the "T" in "MINUTEMAN". Printed in RED and LIGHT BLUE heat-stamped lettering, this car came with AAR trucks that have operating disc couplers. There are no variations.
