The Lionel SP Type CaboosesThe Lionel Lines SP Type Caboose No. 6037 appeared in Scout sets between 1952 and 1954. The Type 3A bodies were unpainted with WHITE heat-stamped lettering. The chassis was blackened sheet metal and screws were used to hold the body in place. It came with late Scout trucks that had one magnetic coupler. There are two variations:

Variation B: with a RED colored body.
