LIONEL TRAINS TRANSFORMER DEPRESSED CENTER FLAT CAR No. 6461 |
The Transformer Car No. 6461 was cataloged in 1949 and 1950 and replaced the No. 2461. However, unlike its predecessor, this car came with magnetic instead of electronic coil couplers. Reproduction transformers are available, but their insulators are a semi-translucent in color and are more flexible than the originals.
