The Pennsylvania Gondola Car No. 2452 was available from 1945 until 1947. Produced on a BLACK body with WHITE heat-stamped lettering, this car, unlike the No. 2452X, did have brake wheels. The body is held to a metal undercarriage that has steps at the four corners by four fillister head screws. This gondola car came equipped with staple-end trucks with electronic coil couplers, and the earliest versions came with unboxed two piece No. 0209 barrels. These early variations have the number "2452" stamped on the bottom of the metal undercarriage. There are 10 variations that used two different body molds:
