The Bosco Operating Milk Refrigerator Car No. 3672 was produced in 1959 and 1960 only and is one of the most sought after of these operating cars. Like the other cars of this type, it was designed to work with a 6019 or USC section and unload the milk cans on the platform.

It was built with both painted and unpainted sides and TUSCAN lettering and roof. Early versions would be painted and had bar-end trucks with tabbed couplers, while later versions would be unpainted and would be equipped with AAR trucks and disc couplers. The differences in the trucks define the two variations of the car.

This car came with seven YELLOW and BROWN painted milk cans that had "BOSCO" lettering in RED on the side that were made for the sole use of this car.
