The Lionel SP Type CaboosesThe Rio Grande SP Type Caboose No. 6657 was manufactured in 1957 and 1958 with bar-end trucks and one tabbed magnetic coupler. The one variation has to do with the color of the body mold and it was made on a Type 3A die. The way to tell the difference between the two is to look for the ladder slots. The (B) variation doesn’t have them.
