The Trestle Bridge Car No. 6825 was available from 1959 until 1962. During this period several variations occurred. Three of these had to do with the flat car mold that was used. It was either a 6511-2, 6424-11, Die 3, or a 6424-11, Die 4. The last variation had to do with the color of the bridge which was changed to a GRAY color.

This car came with early AAR trucks equipped with disc couplers. It is important to note here that this bridge was compatible with the HO scale equipment that Lionel was producing at this time. This bridge has been issued in the Modern Era by MPC so collectors should examine this bridge for the original Lionel inscription.
