The Lionel Frontier Set No. 963-100 came in a unique picture box that Lionel produced for Plasticville products and was included in the Halloween Set No. X-507NA that was created for Sears Roebuck & Co. in 1960.

This set was named for the colors of the 4-4-0 Locomotive No. 1882 that headed up this set.

The instruction sheet illustrated below was the same that was issued in the regular Frontier Set No. 963 and the contents are identical. There are no variations.
