HOUSE UNIT

For 1952 Bachmann would make quite a few changes in the HU-7 to distinguish it from the HU-6 that was issued the previous year. Two of the HP-9 Cape Cod Houses were eliminated and replaced with two of new RH-1 Ranch Houses. In addition, the BB-9 Billboard, CBR Birdbath, and all HF-2 Small Rail Fence sections would not be in this unit. There would also be one less MT-2 Maple Tree, and six less BS-6 Shrubs, but two TR-6 Spruce Trees would be added along with one FR-5 Barbecue and two LP-9 Lamp Posts.
