This is an additional unit of the Railroad Center whose contents match those of the No. 1980. What is not known is when, or why, this unit was manufactured. Because this unit was not cataloged collectors have speculated that Plasticville sets like this were made for large retail outlets like Sears or Montgomery Ward.
